Hamrar Campsite

The campsite is situated on the edge of the picturesque Kjarnaskógur outdoor area, with stunning walking paths nearby. The campsite is open all year round and offers a range of services to make your stay comfortable and convenient. These services include walking paths, a playground for kids to enjoy, cooking facilities, showers, electricity, a washing machine, and toilets. Facilities are well-maintained and include several service houses with toilets and shower facilities for both genders as well as for the disabled. There is also a cabin next to the entrance, which provides additional showers, toilets, indoor dining facilities, and a computer with internet access. To ensure everyone's safety, we ask guests to keep their speed to a maximum of 15 km/h within the campsite. We also have rules in place to guarantee a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests. These include age restrictions, traffic limitations, noise restrictions, and more.
