Experience the beauty of Ásbyrgi with a stay at spacious campsite, designed to accommodate tents, camping folders, and mobile homes. Service house boasts four showers for men and for women, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Located in the heart of the national park, our campsite is open all year round, with a beautiful campsite available in the western valley (Vesturdal) from 10th of June to the 15th of September. During the summer months, you can explore the many walking paths, take educational trips, and enjoy evening walks. There's even a campfire during the first weekend in August! At our campsite, you'll have access to a range of facilities, including a golf course, walking paths, playground, and wheelchair-accessible toilets. You can also visit the visitor center, Gljúfrastofa, for information and a display on Ásbyrgi and Jökulsárgljúfur. Please note that the campsite must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for everyone.
